The Loan Officer will be responsible for disclosing, verifying the disclosures have been signed and obtaining the initial client docs needed for Pre-Qualification. Once we are notified the file is ready, then we will review the loan, complete the required order-outs, and submit the loan to Underwriting. We will see it through Disbursement and assist with any Post-Closing Audits.
