We're a real third-party processing company, not an independent contractor processor—there's a big difference! Our fee is listed in Box B of the Closing Disclosure, just like an appraisal. So, it won’t impact the 3% QM rule.
Plus, our fee is borrower-paid at Disbursement through title, so brokers and mortgage loan officers working with us get to keep their full commission. There’s no downside to working with us: we don't get paid until you do!
